However, audits require improvement in relation to topical medicines and Legionnaires disease prevention.

Staff demonstrate awareness of risks related to people's care and know how to support people appropriately. They understand how to raise concerns and whistleblow both within the organisation and externally should the need arise. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff providing appropriate assistance.
