Byron House accommodates up to 23 younger adults with mental health conditions, with 21 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home supports people to make choices about their lives, with staff providing care in the least restrictive way possible while acting in their best interests. Risk assessments are regularly reviewed to guide safe support, and staff have received training on safeguarding procedures, enabling them to identify and report concerns about residents' safety and well-being.
