Burrswood Care Home

Burrswood Care Home is a nursing home in the process of providing nursing and personal care for up to 125 people, including older adults, people living with dementia and those with physical disabilities. At the time of the assessment, 45 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a stable, visible management team who had brought positive changes since the last inspection.

Inspectors found medicines management had significantly improved, and minor gaps in documentation were addressed straight away. People and relatives described staff as kind, attentive and family-like, and said risks, falls and health changes were communicated clearly. People felt safe, involved in their care, and supported to maintain independence and religious life.
