Burntwood Hall Care Centre

Burntwood Care Centre provides accommodation and personal care for up to 42 older people, with a separate first-floor unit dedicated to those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 30 people were residing at the home.

The home has implemented several measures to support safe visiting and admission practices. Telephones and Perspex screens enable unrestricted window visits, supported by risk assessments, temperature checks, and mask-wearing protocols. Isolation zones have been identified throughout the facility, and staff maintain social distancing during breaks. The registered manager follows established guidelines to safely admit new residents to the home.
