Buckfield House accommodates six people in one adapted building spread over three floors, featuring a large lounge, snug, dining room, kitchen, and freely accessible garden. At the time of inspection, five people were living at the home. The environment is safe, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained, meeting residents' sensory and physical needs.

People can personalise their rooms and have choice over their living environment.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice, control and independence in their everyday lives, focusing on their strengths and what they can do. Residents benefit from an interactive and stimulating environment and are supported to pursue their interests and take part in activities both locally and online. Staff also enable people to access specialist health and social care support in the community.
