Brookfield provides support for up to six people living with learning and physical disabilities in a domestic setting where each person has their own room and access to shared communal areas and a well-maintained garden. The service is designed around values of choice, independence and inclusion, enabling people to live ordinary lives.

The home continues to maintain good standards, with inspectors finding evidence of sustained quality in care provision. Staff support residents to make choices about their daily lives and activities, with the environment and approach designed to promote independence and enable meaningful community participation.
