About Broadoak Park
Broadoak Park provides care and accommodation for up to 30 people with learning disabilities across seven residential bungalows and two flats. The service includes a resource centre for daytime activities and a clubhouse for entertainment. At this inspection, inspectors found that the service met the characteristics of a good service across all key questions. The effective domain, which previously required improvement due to staff training and induction concerns, has now improved significantly.
