The purpose-built home spans five floors and was caring for 39 residents at the time of inspection. Staff assessed and managed risks effectively, with improvements noted since the previous inspection and more concise record-keeping. Staffing levels were adequate, supported by agency and bank staff to cover gaps.

Medicines were administered safely by competent staff, and the service followed infection control guidance to maintain appropriate control measures. Residents reported feeling safe living at the home.
