This residential care home provides nursing care for up to 127 people with physical disabilities, with 70 residents using the service at the time of inspection. People were happy with the quality of care they received and felt protected from harm. Risks to residents' health were properly assessed and managed, and staff demonstrated clear knowledge of how to identify and report abuse.

The registered manager and provider ensured care was delivered in a kind and compassionate manner. Improvements had been made since the previous inspection in relation to dignity, respect, and governance, with sufficient progress demonstrated across these areas.
