Brighton & Hove City Council - Craven Vale Resource Centre

Craven Vale Resource Centre supports up to 31 people with personal care and reablement services, helping individuals regain independence following hospital discharge. At the time of inspection, 24 people were using the service on short-term placements. The centre provides a welcoming environment where staff and residents interact positively, with people describing staff as kind and caring. Residents felt safe and enjoyed living at the centre. Medicines are managed safely by appropriately trained staff, and effective systems are in place to protect people from harm.
