People and relatives spoke positively about the care, describing staff as kind, knowledgeable and responsive, though some noted call bells were occasionally slow to be answered. The home was found clean and well maintained, with good food choices and a range of activities on offer. Leaders were described as visible and supportive, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
