Aviary House provides supported living for up to 24 adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder, who live in self-contained flats with shared communal areas. The service also offers short-term and emergency accommodation. During the inspection, 23 people lived at the service, with six receiving personal care support and three using short-term accommodation.

Staff implemented effective infection control measures, asking all visitors to demonstrate precautions to reduce transmission risks. The service demonstrated a commitment to safeguarding and preventing the spread of infection through practical visitor management procedures.
