During the inspection, staff demonstrated a commitment to person-centred care, with residents actively involved in decisions about their support. The home maintained clear records and ensured people's health and safety needs were addressed through regular monitoring and access to healthcare services. Residents and their families spoke positively about the care provided and felt their concerns were listened to and acted upon.
