People felt safe and happy with the care they received, describing staff as kind and caring. Relatives confirmed residents were treated well. Inspectors observed positive interactions between residents and staff throughout the home. Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures, and recruitment processes were in place to ensure new staff met appropriate standards.
