Branston Court Care Home

Branston Court provides accommodation with personal and nursing care for up to 45 people with mental health conditions such as dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were using the service.

The home demonstrated thoughtful approaches to supporting residents and their families. Personalised letters were sent to family members to encourage ongoing contact with relatives, and staff utilised technology including video calls to help families stay connected. Staff also used pictures to support residents' understanding, particularly important as staff wore masks during the inspection period.
