Brackley Care Home

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 66 people, supporting younger and older adults with dementia, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. At inspection, 35 people were using the service.

Staff administered medicines as prescribed and had received appropriate training and competency assessments. However, medicine administration records were not consistently completed as required. The registered manager was aware of this issue and immediately implemented strategies to prevent future occurrences.

People were protected from known risks, though documentation did not always provide sufficient evidence of these safeguarding measures.
