About Belford House

Belford House is a residential care home in Hampshire, providing personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. The Care Quality Commission's most recent findings on the service are set out below.

Belford House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 older people, including those living with dementia. Most bedrooms feature en-suite toilet and hand basin facilities, with six also having showers. The service is arranged across two floors with a lift, and residents have access to ample communal spaces and extensive gardens.

Inspectors found evidence of good infection prevention measures, with clear written policies guiding visitor conduct and health screening processes. The home maintained visitor records aligned with government test and trace requirements, and relatives book visits in advance while receiving protective equipment briefings.
