Risks were not consistently assessed, medicines management was not always effective, and staffing levels, though generally adequate, showed gaps in skills and consistency.

Inspectors found no evidence people had been harmed, and some families praised approachable leadership and kind staff. However, people were not always involved in care planning, communication about concerns was limited, and activities were inconsistent. Leadership instability had slowed progress, though the provider was engaging openly and had an improvement plan in place.
