Bonhomie House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 78 people, supporting those with physical disabilities, brain injury, mental health needs, and complex needs. At inspection, 62 people were using the service. The home had made significant improvements in medicines management, the environment, and governance. People felt safe at the service, with staff trained to protect them from abuse. Regular servicing and maintenance ensured the premises were safe, and recruitment processes were robust, with agency staff used appropriately to maintain safe staffing levels.
