Bluebell Nursing Home

Blue Bell Care Home accommodates up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia, across three floors. At inspection, 43 people were using the service.

People received personalised, caring support from staff who knew them well and genuinely enjoyed their company. Staff promoted residents' abilities and delivered care in a respectful, person-centred way, working as a cohesive team. Care was planned and risk assessed in full consultation with people and their relatives. People, staff and external professionals expressed extreme confidence in the management of the service.
