This residential care home provides personal care to up to 62 people, though 44 were using the service at inspection. It supports people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments and dementia across six wings with shared facilities. At the time of the visit, one lower-level wing was not in use, meaning all residents were accommodated on the same floor.

Staffing levels and deployment were safe, with action taken to reduce the impact of agency staff on continuity of care. Recruitment checks ensured staff were appropriate for their roles. Medicines were managed safely with risks assessed and mitigated. Safeguarding measures were effective and infection prevention and control standards were assured in most areas.
