Bethany House provides accommodation and personal care support for up to two people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, two people were using the service.

The home has remained free from COVID-19, with staff using various communication methods to help people understand the pandemic and stay safe. This included easy read posters promoting hand hygiene and information about COVID-19 vaccination.

People are supported to participate in activities they enjoy, including walks around the local area, and are helped to maintain contact with family members where applicable.
