Birchwood Residential Care Home

Birchwood provides personal care to 44 older people and those living with dementia across a purpose-built facility on two levels with five separate units. Each unit has adapted facilities including dining areas, common spaces, and bathrooms designed to meet residents' needs.

The registered manager has strengthened staffing levels since the previous inspection, ensuring the service now has enough appropriately skilled staff to keep people safe and meet their needs effectively.
