People expressed contentment with their care, with one resident saying "I am quite happy here, all hunky dory." Relatives were equally positive, commenting that staff were "absolutely fantastic" and "lovely," and praising the positive effect they had on residents' wellbeing.

The home maintains person-centred care plans reflecting individual needs and choices, with people and relatives actively involved in planning and reviews. Staff safely administer medicines and receive regular training with competency assessments. The service ensures adequate staffing levels to support residents safely, and risks are fully assessed and mitigated to maintain people's safety.
