Spring Mount

Spring Mount is a residential care home providing personal care to 25 people living with dementia, supporting both younger adults and those over 65. At inspection, 22 residents were living at the home. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to uphold these practices. Quality assurance systems have been improved and previous shortfalls have been addressed. The home was recommended to update people's documentation to fully reflect their support needs and preferences.
