Berkeley Court provides personal care for up to 78 people across six units in a purpose-built building, with five units currently operational and one undergoing refurbishment. The service cares for residents including some living with dementia, with 56 people using the service at inspection. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and took appropriate action on concerns. The home had robust systems in place including risk assessments to protect residents, a thorough recruitment process for staff, and regular maintenance checks to ensure health and safety standards. Medicines were administered as prescribed, and the home analysed accidents and incidents to identify patterns and prevent future occurrences.
