Benton House

Benton House is a residential care home in Newcastle upon Tyne providing accommodation, personal care and nursing support for up to 34 people. At the time of the inspection, 29 people were living there, supported by a registered manager.

The CQC found the home continued to be rated Good. Staff were recruited safely, understood safeguarding, and had enough time to build genuine relationships with residents. People and families praised the food and the attentive, individualised care, and inspectors observed calm, contented residents, though formal group activities were limited.
