On a more positive note, the CQC found people were safeguarded from abuse, supported by suitably recruited staff, and medicines were administered safely. People's health needs were met, consent was sought, and relatives felt involved and listened to. The provider is required to submit an action plan addressing breaches in staffing and governance.
