Primrose Hill Nursing Home

Primrose Hill provides nursing and personal care for up to 50 people, including those living with dementia, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. At inspection, 46 people were using the service.

While governance systems did not consistently ensure people always had access to prescribed medicines and records were not always completed, medicines were stored and administered safely with no identified impact on people's care. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding, recognising signs of abuse and taking action to protect people. Safety risks were assessed and plans were put in place to reduce identified hazards.
