The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that care was safe, person-centred and well organised, with risks properly assessed and medicines managed safely.

Inspectors found staff were kind, consistent and knew people well, supporting them to access community activities, health appointments and their preferred routines. Leaders were open and effective, with quality checks in place. Professionals spoke positively about consistent, cooperative support and settled placements.
