Benham Lodge

Benham Lodge provides personal care and support for up to 9 people with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, 8 people were using the service. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, focusing on their strengths and what they could do. People were supported to pursue their interests and achieve their aspirations and goals, enabling them to have fulfilling and meaningful everyday lives. Staff provided kind and compassionate care, protecting and respecting people's privacy and dignity. They understood and responded to individual needs and were trained to protect people from poor care and abuse.
