Graveshame Place Integrated Care Centre provides short-term care for up to 80 people, with stays typically lasting up to six weeks before residents return home or move to longer-term care. At inspection, 19 people were living there, many with dementia and physical disabilities. The facility operates from a purpose-built residence with four individual units, each offering single occupancy en-suite rooms.

Staff supported residents well in maintaining contact with family and friends through telephone and internet access. The service demonstrated good practice in enabling people to stay connected with their loved ones during their stay.
