About Pelham Manor

Pelham Manor is a small residential care home in Kent, offering a calm and homely environment where residents are treated as individuals first and foremost. The dedicated team works hard to create a warm, familiar atmosphere that families can feel good about, bringing genuine care and consistency to everyday life.

Pelham Manor provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven adults with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with residents who have complex care needs, including physical health requirements alongside their learning disabilities and autism. Most residents have limited verbal communication, meaning they cannot directly share their experiences through speech.

The service supports people to receive the respect, equality, dignity and independence that enables them to access their local communities. Staff work to ensure residents have genuine choices in their daily lives and care planning.
