About Benfield Hall Nursing Home
Benfield Hall provides personal and nursing care to 18 people with mental health issues, with capacity for up to 20. The service operates from a large house that has been extended and adapted to meet residents' needs.
Inspectors found people were cared for in a safe environment. Staff knew how to keep people safe and had received training in safeguarding, raising concerns appropriately. Medicines were safely administered and properly documented. All staff underwent pre-employment checks before starting work, with the manager strengthening checks on agency staff during the inspection.
