Inspectors found people were cared for in a safe environment. Staff knew how to keep people safe and had received training in safeguarding, raising concerns appropriately. Medicines were safely administered and properly documented.

All staff underwent pre-employment checks before starting work, with the manager strengthening checks on agency staff during the inspection.
