Inspectors observed staff delivering care and support in a kind and compassionate manner, demonstrating clear understanding of residents' individual needs and how to manage presenting risks. Risk assessments were thorough and readily accessible, with staff familiar with the documents and required actions.

Staffing levels were appropriate, and recruitment procedures were safe.
