The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff kind and attentive, medicines managed safely, and risks well understood. Improvements since the last inspection meant the provider was no longer in breach of regulations on managing risk and governance.

However, inspectors found one continuing breach relating to safe staffing: the provider had not always checked staff references or evidence of conduct in previous care roles. Leaders were described as visible and supportive, and people and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe, respected and involved in their care.
