The home needs improvements to ensure premises are kept clean and hygienic throughout, with interior maintenance and decoration requiring attention to acceptable standards. Feedback about staffing levels was mixed, and there were inconsistencies in how some risks to people's health and wellbeing were managed. Staff demonstrated understanding of their responsibility to raise concerns and report safety issues.
