Notts Hill House

This residential care home provides personal care for up to 16 people with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. At the time of inspection, 11 people were using the service.

The home's quality assurance processes require improvement to ensure risks are effectively mitigated and monitored, with care records needing to be kept current and up to date. While medicines were generally managed safely, one person's medication was not always administered as prescribed, and audit checks of medicines administration records had failed to identify this issue.
