Beech Tree House is a residential care home providing support for up to 8 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The CQC rated the service Good overall, marking significant progress since it was placed in Special Measures in 2020. Inspectors found the home was no longer in breach of regulations relating to safe care, safeguarding, consent, and governance.

People were supported to make choices, build independence and take part in community life, with staff who understood their communication needs well. Relatives described staff as kind and attentive, and communication from the management team as clear and reassuring. Some medicines documentation was inconsistent, but this was addressed promptly during the assessment.
