White Leaf Support Limited

White Leaf Support provides care and accommodation for up to 13 people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders across two houses on Priory Avenue. One house supports more independent residents while the other cares for people with more complex support needs.

The service had previously been in breach of regulations regarding person-centred care. Visual communication tailored for residents was not available, and accidents and incidents were not always recorded or followed up appropriately. At the time of inspection, all 13 available places were occupied.
