The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people felt safe, well cared for and protected from the risk of abuse, with enough skilled staff and safely managed medicines.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness and involved in decisions about their care, with communication needs understood and respected. Relatives were positive about staff and felt confident concerns would be acted upon. Staff felt supported and valued by an approachable management team focused on listening and learning.
