Unity Care is a small residential service for three people with learning disabilities and other mental health diagnoses. At the time of inspection, two people were living at the service. The home operates according to principles of choice, independence and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.

During the inspection, inspectors found that the service continued to provide good quality care. A registered manager was in post and there was no evidence of serious risks or concerns. The home maintains its previous Good rating.
