Abbotts Road

Abbotts Road provides residential care for up to four people with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, three people were living in the home, each with their own bedroom on the first floor. Residents have access to shared communal areas and a garden.

The home delivers person-centred support designed to help people live full lives with control, choice, and independence. Care is planned and coordinated to meet individual needs in an inclusive way. Staff work to ensure the service is appropriate for each resident and supports them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
