Beccles Care Home

Beccles Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 35 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 14 residents were living there.

People felt safe at the home and received safe, well-managed care. Staff understood safeguarding procedures and confidently reported concerns. Individual risk assessments were thorough and reflected in care plans that detailed each person's current needs and risks. The home employed sufficient staff who were safely recruited and responded promptly to residents' requirements. Management monitored accidents and incidents to maintain safety standards.
