Beau Sejour Care Services

Beau Sejour Care Services accommodates nine people living with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in one adapted building. The home prioritises residents' wellbeing by maintaining their daily routines through contact with their day centre, arranging virtual sessions with a music therapist, and providing activity packs from a local church. Staff stay in regular contact with residents' families and ensure key events such as birthdays and holidays are celebrated, sharing photos with loved ones.

Staff have access to necessary protective equipment and have received training in correct procedures. The home maintains appropriate safety measures, including social distancing where needed and adjustments to the building layout. When one resident displayed symptoms, staff supported them through isolation, and management encouraged all staff to participate in reflection sessions afterwards.
