During the inspection, inspectors observed improvements in care planning, with staff now regularly reviewing and updating individual care plans to reflect residents' changing needs and preferences. Medicines management had been strengthened, with better systems in place to ensure safe storage, administration and record-keeping of medications.
Staff demonstrated a clearer understanding of how to tailor care to meet each resident's specific requirements, with care plans now more personalised and responsive to individual circumstances.
