Spring Lake

Spring Lake is a small care home registered to support up to 11 people, including those with a learning disability and autistic people. At the time of the assessment, 9 people were living there. The home is now rated Good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, with inspectors finding earlier breaches around health and safety, safeguarding and governance had been resolved.

Family members told inspectors that care staff were kind, helpful and considerate, and that they felt confident their relatives were safe and well cared for. Inspectors observed a relaxed atmosphere, with people appearing at ease around staff. The service was found to be meeting expected standards of support, care and culture for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
