Bagshot Gardens Care Home

Signature at Bagshot provides residential nursing and personal care to up to 99 people over 65, many living with dementia. At inspection, 66 people were using the service. The home spans three separate floors with adapted facilities, including one floor specialising in dementia care.

Staff safely managed people's medicines and maintained appropriate safeguarding measures. The home employed sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs, with the registered manager following safe recruitment processes. People received support to maintain healthy diets and staff facilitated access to healthcare services as needed.
