Collingwood Grange Care Home

Collingwood Grange provides residential and nursing care to up to 75 people, some living with dementia, across two floors. At the time of inspection, 42 people were resident at the service.

The home has established a clear visitors process that allows people to safely see their loved ones. Visits are booked in advance with health screening completed before visitors enter the building. People can receive visitors in their own room or in a designated visiting pod. The service also supports people to use video calls to maintain contact with family and friends, helping to support residents' wellbeing.
