Avondale Mental Healthcare Centre

Avondale Mental Healthcare Centre provides personal and nursing care for adults with primary mental health needs, offering long-term placement, respite and rehabilitation for up to 54 people. At inspection, 48 people were using the service. The centre has installed a visiting pod near the entrance with intercom and glass door separation, allowing residents and visitors to maintain contact safely. The pod door can be opened when appropriate and safe to do so, enabling flexible visiting arrangements.
