Avalon Court Care Centre

Avalon Court Care Centre accommodates up to 107 people across four floors, providing residential care and personal support. At inspection, 101 residents were living there, including people with dementia, sensory impairments, physical disabilities and mental health conditions. People spoke positively about the care they received. Staff supported residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches and acting in their best interests. The home had policies and systems in place to support this practice, and the provider actively ensured residents' voices were heard and helped shape the home's future.
