Autumn Vale is situated on the outskirts of Portsmouth, close to a bus route and local amenities. The care home accommodates up to 25 people and had 21 residents at the time of inspection. Following previous breaches related to the safe management of medicines and quality assessment processes, the provider implemented improvements. A focused inspection confirmed the service had made significant progress in safety and leadership areas.
